We stand behind the quality of our watches. Each timepiece comes with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

• Mechanical or movement defects

• Manufacturing defects in materials (case, dial, hands)
  
  

What’s Not Covered:

• Accidental damage, drops, or impacts
  
  
• Damage from magnets, extreme temperatures, or water misuse
  
  
• Wear to straps, crystals, or plating
  
  

How to Make a Claim:

1. Contact our support team via the Contact Us page

2. Provide your proof of purchase and a description of the issue

3. Follow the instructions for returning your watch safely
   

Recommended Servicing:

Even outside of warranty, we recommend a complete service every 3–5 years to maintain accuracy, lubrication, and water resistance.

Important Notes:

• Always handle your watch according to the care instructions

• Keep the warranty card and proof of purchase for future reference
  

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
