Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders (3–7 business days). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at dicenso.phill@gmail.com. We’ll initiate the process to make it right, which may include verifying tracking or damage before sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
